Ellen Dorothea Boys, and Rupert Hatch were charged with theft of clothing at Masterton. The case is proceeding. DUNEDIN CASES. DUNEDIN, Nov. 3. At the Supreme Court, Cyril Clarence Beazley pleaded guilty to attempting to procure a noxious thing knowing that the same was to be used for an unlawful purpose. He was fined £25.
