WRANGEL DEFEATED.
CLAIM BY BOLSHEVIKS. LONDON. Nov. 2. A feolshevik communique claims that by taking Perekop the Reds captured the key to the Crimea. Other reports state that Wrangel suffered heavy losses. The Bolshevik army is estimated to number 140,000. CONSTANTINOPLE. Nov. 1. The Bolsheviks are making a final effort before the winter opens for an offensive on the whole front. Wrangel’s followers are falling back. They have evacuated'Alexandrovsk and Berdiansk. - LONDON, Nov. 2. Trotsky predicts that by November 7th the Soviet will rule over the Crimea. Trotsky threatens Poland if the latter continues to violate the new peace treaty by assisting Petloura in the Ukrainian territory. '
