The weather was very stormy at Marton on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, lightning, thunder, hail, and cyclonic winds forming part of the bill of fare presented. Wednesday afternoon was too boisterous for bowlers, and the constant rains have hampered the caretaker of the lawn tennis courts in preparing them for practice.
