WRANGEL IN A SERIOUS POSITION. Received Nov. 3, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. S. The Daily Express’ Constantinople correspondent ieports that Wrangel’s position is serious owing to the Reds’ rapid advance. A thousand refugees are leaving Crimea. Trotsky claims that Wrangel is almost surrounded and cut off from the Crimean Isthmus.
