Received Nov. 1, 8.45 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 1. The Financial News, commenting on Australia and German trade, says Mr. Hughes is too sensible a politician to imagine that Germany can be killed commercially. Mr. Hughes may be trusted to see there is no dumping.
