A FINE BRITISH MOTOR LORRY. One ot the outstanding features of the motor section of the Palmerston North Show this year is the exhibit of the post-war “Daimler” Lorry, equipped with the famous “Knight” silent sleeve valve engine. The increased cost of maintaining a motor lorry in first class condition nowadays, due to the rise in wages and cost of materials, places a premium on the inherent economy of the Daimler Sleeve Valve Engine. In actual use during the past four years iiS all climes, under all conditions, the Daimler two-three ton Lorry has gained an enviable reputation for reliability, power,'simplicity and economyy No one interested in Motor traction, whether for passenger service dr general work should fail to inspect this magnificent specimen of motor efficiency.
