IN BOKHARA. AIOSCOW. Sept. 6. A wireless message reports that a Soviet Republic has been proclaimed in Bokhara, where the Red troops occupied the principal military points. Documents have been found, adds the wireless message, revealing British intrigues with the Afghan Government. Bokhara is the portion of Turkestan under the rule of the Khan (or Emir). It was nominally independent, hut practically; a vassel state oi Russia.
