U.S. WOOL CONSUMPTION.
Received August 2, 1.15 a.m. WASHINGTON, July 31. The Department of Agriculture announced that the June consumption of w’ool is 46 million pounds, which is seventeen millions below the average monthly consumption in 1 920. This was due to the curtailment of textile manufacturing.
