CONCERNING HIDES.

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February 10. Cabinet considered to-day the future policy of the Government regarding the embargo on the export of hides. The Prime Minister said I afterwards that Cabinet had arrived at an understanding, but had not reached the final stage in the settlement of the business.
