BANK ESTABLISHED AT HARBIN (Reuter.) Received January 30, 8.15 p.m. LONDON, January 28. The Peninsular Company is establishing a bank at Harbin. A BIG CAPITAL. Received 10.15 p.m., Jan. 30. LONDON, Jan. 28. The Peninsular Banking Corporation will have a capital of five millions, of which two millions will be paid up, with branches <t all ports where the Peninsular Company and its allies operate. Lord Inchcape will be chairman.
