RESOLUTION OF PROTEST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 30. At a meeting of the Dominion executive of the N.Z. R.S.A., great dissatisfaction was expressed with regard to the results achieved by placing their aims before the Government. and the following motion was carried: “That the executive* of N.Z. R.S.A. record with regret the evident apathy of the Minister of Defence regarding the welfare of returned soldiers in failing to reply to representations on various urgent medical, pensions and other questions which were made to him in December and again on January 13 th.
