A RECORD IN INFORMAL VOTES. Received January 30. 8.15 p.m. SYDNEY, January 30. Details of the referendums poll in connection with the late election disclose a huge informal vote, largely composed of those who refused to mark their papers. There were 195,000 informals on the legislative powers question and 357,000 on the monopolies question. .
