Rutherford (Canterbury) had a bye. Barnett beat Cuthbertson 4 up and 3 to play. Drake beat Dugromi 2 up and 1 to play. W’right beat Hutchison 5 up and 4 to play. Ross beat Lambert 3 up and 2 to play. Cowper beat Irvine *at the 19th hole. Horton beat Scolan 6 up and 5 to Play. In the second round Rutherford beat Haggitt 5 up. Barnett beat Drake 1 up. Ross beat Wright 2 up and 1 to plifr. Horton beat Cowper 3 up and 2 to play.
