The armistice ?ecognises Esthonia’s independence. APPEAL TO ALLIES. Received January 2, 8,25 p.m. VLADIVOSTOCK, Dec. 31. Koltehak appealed to the Allies against Czecho-Slovaks who are stopping trains, seizing supplies and defying authorities.
