A REPORTED AGREEMENT. Received January 2, 7.45 p.m. LONDON, January 1. Reports from Irkutsk stated that the Allied commiseioners and Koltchak’s Government agreed to entrust the guarding of the trans-Si-berian railway to the Czecho-Slo-vaks.
