DROWNING ACCIDENT.

NAPIER, December 8

Fitz Neilson, a mill hand, was drowned in the Mohaka River ,at Puketitiri yesterday. He was bathing with a companion. The, latter went away for a short while, and when he returned found Nielson unconscious in the water. Artificial respiration proved unsuccessful, and the man died. He was married and leaves three children.
