Portsmouth's plans to welcome the Prince of Wales on Monday may be cut out owing to thp declared intention of the unemployed to seek to interview the Prince at the Town Hall while he is receiving an official welcome. The unemployed have prepared a petition urging the Prince to impress Ministers with the necessity of providing work, or, as an alternative, the payment of the unemployment dole.
