SENATOR LODGE'S ATTITUDE.

The "Times'" Boston correspondent states that Senator Lodge, in a statement, says that the Senate will pass the Treaty with reservations. "I have always advocated peace, with Germany and a League of Nations, but desire a victorious, honourable peace and a League which does not sacrifice America's constitution or sovereignty.
