Received November 30, 5.5 p.m

LONDON, November 26

Lord Curzon, continuing his speech in the House of Lords on the Egyptian situation, said British guidance was still necessary. The Egyptians should not look to Turkey for guarantees in future. The Peace Treaty will impose on Turkey recognition of the British protectorate over Egypt.
