RETURNED SOLDIERS' ASSOCIATION.

(Per Press Association.) ' WELLINGTON, October 21. The Returned Soldiers' Conference carried a motion: "That the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers' Sett-lenient Act should be extended to include the veterans of the South African campaign. It was also resolved that the benefits of the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act be extended to soldiers discharged medically unfit from the camps of military training.
