Late yesterday afternoon, Mr W. J. Biggs, motor upholsterer, of Masterton, was killed at Taratahi as the result of a motor car he was driving capsizing on the road through a tyre bursting. Mrs Biggs was in-*

jured internally, while Kathleen. Biggs, aged 12, had a collarbone broken. Four others of deceased's children received a severe shaking and minor injuries.
