SECRET AGREEMENT DENIED.
LONDON, Sept,
The existence of a, secret agreement btween the British and northwest Russian Government is semiofficially denied. Negotiations occurred, but did not result in an agreement.
A deputation of four Russians from Archangel have arrived. They are appealing for the continuance of British support. They state that the evacuation was announced to begin on the 7th September, and is to be completed at the end of October.
