A RETURNED SOLDIER FINED

As the outcome of the disorder in Parliament Buildings yesterday a returned soldier named Frederick Harry Williams was charged at the Magistrate's Court with having broken a window in front of the buildings. He was fined £5, and ordered to pay £2, the value of the window.
