A lad of seventeen, Keith Hiskins, who set out on a fishing expedition from Cheltenham yesterday morning, was reported to be missing yester. day evening. This morning the police procured launches and made a search, with the result that they found the missing lad safe and sound on Brown's Island. Young Hiskins had been caught in an open boat in unfavourable weather, and had put into Brown's Island for shelter rather than risk the run back to Devonport.
