FATAL .NERVOUSNESS.
■Received Sept. 2, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 2. The French authorities at Ludwlgshafen deny "the reported revolt against the French", but say there was a sanguinary encounter due to the excessive nervousness of the local police, which 'resulted in the deaths of two.postal officials. Order prevails at Luu"wigshafcn,,aud the Palatinate.
