NAVAL INCIDENT AT ARCHANGEL.

It is officially stated that the monitors' Glowworm and Cockchafer, at Archangel, unaware that a lighter wa s loaded with ammunition, endeavoured to extinguish a fire. Twentyone were killed and nineteen injured.
