Anyone wanting a Dairy Farm for a moderate amount of cash should not fail io read Mr E. F. Limton's advertisement on page 6.

For some time past we have been advertising the sale by Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd.,. of Mr. William Craig's properties situated at Papaiti, which is 4 miles from Aramoho on the Wanganui river. This property has some of the finest drained swamps in the district, and for dairying and fattening it has no equal. The Chinamen are riow draining the swamp section, and growing vegetables for the town use, which is evidence enough of the quality of the ground. An ideal homestead right overlooking the Wanganui river. Wangaehu, 215 acres: This property also has some very rich swamp on the river flats, and for dairying it cannot be beaten. Everyone knows the quality of the Wangaehu "river flats for its dairying and fattening qualities. Inglewood: Situated 1% miles from the town on the Dudley road. Mr. Chapman io dairying on this property and it should have plenty of buyers, as it i 5 so close to the prosperous town of Ingle wood with its dairy factories and creameries. The terms for these properties . are exceptionally easy, and thus enabling the man with small capital to get into some of the best country in the districts without »ny trouble as to finance. Possession will be given almost immediately and the sale of stock will be held early in July.

UNRESERVED CLEARING SALE

Particulars appear in this issue of important unreserved clearing sale being held on. account of Mr. E. L. Strawbridge at his homestead, Waituna West, 13 miles from Feilding, on Wednesday, the 28th instant. The sheep to be offered comprise various lines of ewes which have been running with Romney rams; empty ewes; two and fourtooth wethers; also 450 mixed sex Romney lambs. The above have all been bred on> high country and can be thoroughly recommended to those in search of first-class sheep. Included in the cattle to be offered are 63 dairy cows, chiefly Shorthorns, which have been hand-^milked and have been running with Shorthorn bull. This herd has shown particularly good results, and same will be announced at time of sale. The sale, which will commence sharp at 11 o'clock, will be conducted by Dalgety and Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Murray Roberts and Co. Ltd., and intending purchasers should communicate with the auctioneers re conveyance to sale.
