ENEMY SHIPPING DISTRIBUTION.
LONDON, May 14
Admiral Reginald Hall states that the naval terms are satisfactory, buT> any arrangement not allocating German ships to the Allies according to tonnage losses 19 unjust.
Mr Arthur Fell, M.P., author of several war treatises on food supply and shipping, states that 8000 British ships have, been sunk, and we ought to le given some of the ships seized in American ports to make up our losses. PARIS, May 14.
Britain is attempting to secure tho disposal of German mercantile tonnage or a basis relative to the losses in the 'iar, but the United States is attempting to retain all seized merchantmen.
