SUPREME COURT.
(Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH. May 15. In the Supreme Court, to-day, the jury disagreed in a case of alleged indecent; assault against Alfred James Bysantson, of Mokau. A new trial was ordered to-morrow.
