OTTAWA, May 13
Sir R. Borden cabled that the formal declaration of peace may not be made till August. It is expected there will be an Imperial Conference folowing the Peace Conference. Meantime Sir R. Borden may make a flying visit to Ottawa to explain the Peace Treaty as it affects China.
