The storms and rainstorms in Newfoundland have subsided, and drying westerlies accompanied by a rising barometer promise an early start in the trans-Atlantic flight.
The United States .Naval seaplanes, which intend shortly attempting the flight, will have the guidance or sixty destroyers, showing a searchlight every fifty miles.
