STOCK SALE REPORTS

Freemon R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., report;—

At R;ietihi on Friday we yarded 2500 sheep and 80 head of cattle. We report a fairly good sale, most of the stock be- ( itig disposed of at ruling prices. ■ At Wanganui on tho 30th ult. we [yarded 5500 sheep, 330 head of cattle t!.nd 3,4 pigs. We had a good attendance, both sheep and cattle selling in buyers' favour. Pigs were in good demand. At Waverley on the 2nd inst. we yarded 2400 sheep and 113 head of cattle, the greater portion of the entry being sold at ruling prices.
