LONDON, April 21. Comander Bellairs, m the Commons, demanded the publicatioA of the iindirigs of the court-ma rtiai on Admiral Troabridge in. reference to the escape o' the Goebea. He read an extract from the findings, and said Admiral Troubridge's conduct was governed by the Admiralty order imperatively pointing out the necessity of not being brought to battle by a superior enemy. The Goeben was faster than Troub ridges- armoured cruisers, and her guns could easily outr«nge his, therefore- the Admiralty was responsible. The court-martial found this view of the Admiralty's instructions, and Troubridge was Wy arid honourably aoquitted.
