The damages in various countries caused by Germany have been tabulated. The figures are subject to final verification, but will serve as a basis of the claims that will be presented to Germsuwy. They are as follows:—
Prance, fifteen billion dollars; Belgium, seven and a-half billion; Britain, live billion; Russia (including Poland) seven billion; Italy, one and a-half billions; Serbia, one billion; Roumania, one billion; United States 750 million; Greece, 500 million; Czecho-Slovakia, 500 million; Japan, 250 million; Portugal, 100 million; China, Slam, Armenia and others, about 260 million. Belgium will be entitled to prior claim against Germany. France and Serbia will be next.
