BELGIUM, BULGARIA AND GREECE.

Tho new frontiers are taking shape in the workrooms of the Central Boundaries Commissions. It has been finally decided that Belgium shall have the Maroonet. Eupen, and* Malmedy districts, while, in return for certain River Scheldt adjustments, Holland will be asked to accept the Cleve and Geldern districts from Germany. The Bulgarian seaboard passes towards Greece, but within three months of peace Bulgaria will decide whether she wishes access seaward through Salonika, Dedeagatch or Kavalla, whereupon Greece guarantees Bulgarian rights under the supervision of the five Powers, Greece also guaranteeing religious liberties, especially to Moslems, and safeguards for etlinical minorities. Bulgarians over 18 years old ha ye the right, during the two years following peace, to choose Bulgarian nationality, whereupon <they will be given a- year in which to move to Bulgaria with their personal property.
