POLISH GENERAL'S VIEWS,
(Received March 30, 5.5 p.m.)
PARIS, March 29.
! General Haller, in command or the Polish Division, in France, complains of the indecision of the Conference in regard to the return of Ms Division: to Poland. What had happened in Hungary and elsewhere would have been impossible but for the passive policy of the Allies. Hb does not consider the upheaval in Hungary serious but only symptomatic. It would not be difficult to linik up the anti-Bolshevik forces from Serbia to the Black Sea witn the help of the Poles and Roumanians and thus create a barrier which the Bolsheviks could never pass. Received 1.15 a.m., March 31. NEW YORK.. March 29. Tlie Herald states thai J;he Council of Fpur^ after consultation with the Allied generals, propose the mobilisation of the friendly peoples between the Baltic and the Bhvck Sea, under Allied military direction, with oomptete Allied aid to check Bolshevik penetration.
