The "Pall Mall Gazette" points out tha* the Kaiser's letter to the Crown Prince and pan-German papers HBes words that intimate that his flight to Holland was due to the collapse of the army and the unsafety of remaining at headquarters. Therefore, the Allies* triumph was caused by defeat, and not revolution, which was really originated jby the defeat.
