GERMANY'S SHIPS.

PARIS, Mar. 27. The financial sub-committee has been appointed to deal with Germany'3 debts and German State property. The sub-committee has been ordered to recommend how obligations should be imposed on Germany by the Allies. Thirty-eight German ships have left German ports for Liverpool, -under British, control. The larger ships are intended to be used to repatriate Australian and American troops. LONDON, Mar. 27. Five large German steamers have arrived at Cowes. Americans are replacing the German crews. It is intended mainly to employ the large passenger surrendered ships in repatriating American and Australian troops.
