THE DOMINIONS' BLOOD RIGHT.

Received 1.45 a.m. Jan. 25

LONDON, Jan.*23

The " Morning PoStV Paiis correspondent states: There is a strong feeling in many quarters ''that it would have been hotter to regulate admission to the Conference according to actual sacrifices. Some complaints about excessive British Dominions' representa•lion are from a quarter not bowed down by a heavy death-roll, but the number of Australian, Canadian and New Zealand graves in France and Flanders is sufficient to test Uie right of these Dominions'to sit with England and France. There is a danger that the Conference will not ee'.tle down to business before the glow of victory has departed. The early departure of President Wilson is not calculated to esp&od. up business, because there will be no time during his s*-ay to «phre the most important problems. Probably on'y pious' resolutions regarding -the League of Nations will be passed meanwhile.
