What has been described as "the most stirring of all war lectures" will be delivered by Mrs Kineton Parkes, late secretary of the Women's Emergency Corps, London, at the Girls' College Assembly Hall on Saturday a.t 7.45. The DeputyMayor will preside, and Mr W. A. Veitcli, M.P., will also be present.
