Sidney Harold Greaves.. coachpainter, who is to go into camp in January, asked for an extension of time for financial reasons and to train his apprentice.—Leave granted till March draft-
Ernest Rudolf Riiebe, farmer, of No. 1 Line, appealed ou the grounds of public interest and undue nardtfiip. — Further hearing adjourned: till next sittings of the Board/
Mr. Arthur N. Cav c appealed on account of John Henry Thompson, farm hand. Evidence in support of the nppeal was also given by a neighbour, A. S. Webb.—Adjourned sine die.
Albert Gordon Bnrns, drover, of Putiki, appealed on the grounds that hewas tuidpr age and not a reservist.— Appeal allowed.
The appeal of A. G. Winstone was withdrawn.
Employers' appeal was lodged in rlirv case of Lindsay Alexander Cliisnolm, f;irm manager, of Huntervillc. He also lodged personal appeal.—Leave extended from October to January draft.
Edwin Thomas, sheep station manager, of Kaimantika for whom Mr. Jas. Watt, attorney (with Mr. D. MeFarlane) for Mrs. Margaret Peat, ippcaled.—Decision reserved sine die.
