LONDON, Sept. 30. Tlie Bulgarian, armistice was signed on Sunday. ,

Mr. Bonar Law says hostilities terminated at noon to-day. The Right Hons. A. J Balfour and Bonar Law conferred with ihe Eight Hon. Lloyd George concerning Bulgaria prior to the latter's surrender.

Bulgaria, was informed that the Allied policy precluded any suspension of military operations. It was pointed 'oarb, regarding eventual negotiations for a separate peace, that military guarantees must be secured against Austro-German aid to Bulgaria, .-nd against any Bulgarian attempt to react against the Entente's operations in the Balkans.
