LONDON, October 1. Palestine official. —During September 20th, the northward movement 'f oar cavabyy and armoured cars from the Tiberias-Dera area continued. A large Turkish Tforce, including garrisons on the Hedjaz railway between Amman and Maan, surendered at Ziza station. The enemy commander estimates bis force at 10,000, being part of the Second Army Corps of the Fourth Turkish Army.
