AUCKLAND, Aug. 19. Two taxi-drivers, S. Carey and Rupert J. Morris, were arrested on a charge of manslaughter arising out of i\ fatality at Khyber Pass last Monday, when a tramway workman, John Palton, was knocked down by a motor-car and ki!Jeu.
