JAPAN CONGRATULATES BRITISH ARMY.

LONDON, April 10

The Emperor of Japan sent a message to the King, complimenting him on the bravery and steadfastness of the British on the West front, and expressing confidence that the Allies would finally triumph. The King replied erpressing his cordial thanks and sharing the Emperor's confidence in the triumph of our cause.
