THE GRAND THEATRE

'THE MOTHER OF DARTMOOR

Last evening the new programme at the Grand Theatre featured the. popular English actress Elizabeth Risdon, in the London Film Company's great success, "The Mother of Dartmoor." This picture is from Eden Philpott's famous novel, "The Mother," and is a story of a son's infatuation for a worthless married woman who inveigles him into a disgraceful runaway elopement. The thwarting of this in a finely clever way is the last scene in this splendid drama. Fncluded in the supporting programme is Charlie Chaplin in "The Cure." The programme will commence to-night at 6 o'clock.
