WELLINGTON, April 11. Dull it ml misty weather luis prevailed, with rain in many parts, and strong westerly to south-westerly winds have predominated, and barometric pressure, b:is profed unsteady. Present indications are for strong south-west to southeasterly winds generally, cold, squiill',!1 and showery weather; barometer rising everywhere soon.
