DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM.
CHRISTCHURCH, December 3
Dorothy Mary Ruth Silcock, a single woman, aged 26 years, died on Saturday under the influence of chloroform while having some teeth extracted. At an inquest held yesterday a verdict was returned that the deceased died from heart failure while under the influence of an anaesthetic.
