PETROGHAD. Dec. 2. Trotsky has dismissed Maklafoff, the Ambassador at Paris, because be attended the Allied Conference. Trotsky informed the Allied diplomats that Germany was prepared to negotiate a democratic pence on all fronts. Sir Geo Buchanan (the British Ambassador) did not acknowledge the letter.
AMSTERDAM, Dec. 3. The Reichstag has adjourned indefiuitely.
