STOCK SALE REPORTS.

Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., report as follows :—

At our fat stock and pig sale yesterday the following prices were realised: Fat bullocks £20 10s; fat cows £14; cows and heifers £13 4s.

Pigs.—Heavy sows £3 16s; best porkers S£2 17s to £3: medium do. £2 4s; stores 335; weanerp 17s 6d.

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Palmerston North,- report having held their usual fortnightly sale at Taihape on Wednesday last, when a small yarding of both sheep and cattle came forward, at prices as follows: —

Sheep : Aged rams 12s 6d ; mixed aged ewes with 75 per cent lambs at foot, 32s 6d. -

Cattle. —Bad coloured 3-year steers £10 17s 6d.
